Includes: Free 15-minute consultation with the Intuitive Somatic Body & Energy Alignment Coach;  4x 150-minute sessions; 2x 45-minute sessions of complimentary Far Infrared Sauna & 2 complimentary max 3.5-minute sessions of Full Body Cryotherapy at the Restore Hyper Wellness Center.
