Return/Refund Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24-hours  after receiving your item to request a return. There are no returns for gift cards. It is highly recommended to schedule a consultation call before purchasing services or gift cards. 

To be eligible for a return, your services must not have started within the 24-hr period.

If your return is accepted refunds will be process within 7-14 business days (this does not include weekends)

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Any therapy bundle is modifiable and subject to final approval.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received  your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
