Mental Health Evaluation - Comprehensive & Court Approved

The MHA is a 4—to 5-hour comprehensive session that includes self-report screeners, biopsychosocial data collection, bloodwork (labs) and physical conducted by a PCP or Family Nurse Practitioner, clinical and semi-structured interviews for clinical and personality disorders. The client has the option to include up to 1 collateral contact, such as a parent, spouse, partner, sibling, adult child, or roommate.

This service can be split over two days. Summary reports are typically completed within 2-4 weeks. Please ask your provider about a more expedited turnaround.
